Design is not decoration at the end of the works. It defines circulation, light, sockets, joinery, materials, kitchen, bathrooms, climate systems and details that should not be improvised on site.

We show completed projects and confirmed work archives: homes, a clinic and spaces that required careful execution. Renovation is not treated as a list of trades, but as one documented process.

Full renovation of a 109.80 m² flat in the Eixample: four bedrooms, living-dining room with open kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace. Herringbone flooring, slatted wood panelling, marble feature wall and recessed linear lighting.
Complete construction of a detached house with a pool: from earthworks to handover, including structure, services, finishes and solar panels.
Full fit-out of 250 m² premises in Barcelona’s Eixample for a children’s psychology centre, delivered in five months: consulting rooms, therapy rooms, reception, three washrooms and a kitchen, with new services and healthcare-activity licensing.

First we learn how you live and what the property allows. Then layout, materials and lighting, with digital measuring and visualisation. Every decision is checked against the budget. On site we work from current drawings, log every change and review each stage.
Turnkey: you get the finished result, we run the process. Before work starts, we set out in writing what the price covers (works, materials, furniture, purchasing, paperwork) and what it doesn’t.

An exceptional interior begins long before finishes are chosen. We study how the space will be lived in, explore light and proportion, and turn decisions into information that can be priced and built.
We follow developments in interiors, materials and lighting. Trends are a reference, never a replacement for judgement: the result must suit the property, its occupants and the passage of time.
A visit, measurements and a needs brief. We review the property's condition and the constraints shaping the proposal.
Layout options, material references, lighting and digital visualisation if you want it. You compare options before work starts.
Drawings, specifications and details. Every choice is checked against the budget; technical points go to the architect or engineer.
Digital tools hold our measurements, visualisations, current documents, progress and changes. What you receive and how often we report is agreed per project. Technology helps us decide and control, but it never replaces a site visit or measuring on site.

We work in the premium and luxury segment for clients seeking a cohesive interior and coordinated delivery. Low-budget cosmetic refreshes and isolated small repairs fall outside our scope.
Pricing basis: construction work, services and finishes. Kitchens, bathrooms and joinery are specified from the survey and specification. Loose furniture, appliances, professional fees, permits, fees and VAT are extra. Structural work, restoration and special cases are priced separately.
