Data, sources and review
The residential tool uses starting prices supplied by BCN YARD: Premium from €1,000/m², Luxury from €2,000/m² and Signature from €3,000/m², excluding VAT. These are BCN YARD references for high-level projects, not market averages, a quote or a fixed scope. The other tools add only amounts entered by the visitor; a blank item remains unpriced. Each line in any future price book needs a unit, scope, source, date and human review.
VAT is not calculated automatically: the rate depends on the transaction and legal conditions. The Spanish Tax Agency describes a general 21% rate for residential renovation or repair and a 10% rate only when the applicable conditions are met. Confirm treatment for your project before budgeting.
