Experience

About 20 years in construction, from large-scale residential building work, including multi-family blocks, to renovations of homes and commercial premises. At BCN YARD this means a single point of contact who knows the whole building process and answers to the client for it.

What he does on every project

Visits the property, takes measurements and checks the existing services before pricing.
Prepares the itemised estimate, with materials, exclusions and taxes.
Coordinates the trades and supervises the works to completion.
Carries out the handover and final inspection with the client.

Training and qualifications

Construction health and safety: Course in health and safety coordination on construction sites (EOCO031PO), 200 hours. Fundación para la Innovación y la Tecnología, SEPE public employment training, 2020.
University degree: Specialist in Finance and Credit, Poltava State Agrarian Academy (Ukraine). Declared equivalent to a Spanish bachelor's degree (Grado) by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities in 2026. The equivalence does not qualify for regulated professions.
Real estate training: Real Estate Agent diploma, 200 hours, Aula Inmobiliaria, recognised by the Housing Agency of Catalonia (Agència de l'Habitatge de Catalunya), 2023. Additional courses in anti-money-laundering (30 h) and data protection (20 h).

Projects he led

Urgel · apartment renovation

Full renovation of a 109.80 m² flat in the Eixample: four bedrooms, living-dining room with open kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace. Herringbone flooring, slatted wood panelling, marble feature wall and recessed linear lighting.

Building a house with a pool

Complete construction of a detached house with a pool: from earthworks to handover, including structure, services, finishes and solar panels.

Children’s psychology centre

Full fit-out of 250 m² premises in Barcelona’s Eixample for a children’s psychology centre, delivered in five months: consulting rooms, therapy rooms, reception, three washrooms and a kitchen, with new services and healthcare-activity licensing.
