We build with our own crew, with vetted subcontractors for specialist trades. One person is responsible for your house, and that is who you deal with.
From plot to handover
Design
We run the design, technical documents and interiors. Scope, materials, budget and programme are fixed before building starts.
Build
We run the build and the specialists it needs. We track progress, costs and decisions; changes are always agreed in writing.
Handover
We check the finished work, fix any snags and gather the documents for handover.

A budget defined by the project
Investment depends on the plot, floor area, structure, services, finishes, access and outdoor works. We price item by item from the information available, with assumptions and exclusions in plain view. The renovation prices on this site do not apply to building a house.

Do I need a finished design?
Not necessarily. We start from your needs and any plot documents you have, and map out the next steps. Before settling on a solution, we check it is feasible.
What does turnkey mean?
We run the whole house, from design decisions through construction and handover. What is included is in the contract, with equipment, outdoor works and paperwork listed item by item.
Do you work throughout the province?
Yes, we cover Barcelona and the wider province. Before proposing a plan and programme, we look at the plot’s location, access and conditions.
What will it cost and how long will it take?
It depends on the design, the plot, supplies and permits. Without a defined scope we won’t quote a fixed price or timeline.
