For a proposal we need the location, available plans or measurements, photographs, project goals and decisions made so far. We can arrange a visit and detailed estimate.
Residential starting levels were supplied by BCN YARD. Visitors provide all other prices.
VAT is not calculated automatically: the rate depends on the transaction and legal conditions. The Spanish Tax Agency describes a general 21% rate for residential renovation or repair and a 10% rate only when the applicable conditions are met.
